Escape to a serene oasis just 10 minutes from Chiang Rai Airport and 15 minutes from the city centre. The villas are set in lush gardens beside a tranquil pond, with mountain views.

Our guest house features 4 traditional Northern Thai hardwood villas, elevated on giant piles and lovingly restored by local craftsmen. Each villa holds over 100 years of heritage, blending history with comfort.

Every villa is furnished with comfortable beds and spacious modern bathrooms, also surrounded by a private balcony for you to sit together and watch the sun go down with a drink in hand. If relaxation is your aim, look no further.

Our Story

Having established some of Bangkok’s top restaurants, the Chantakul family built this country home in Chiang Rai as their peaceful retreat, adding individual villas for their children.


As the family now resides in other cities, we are delighted to welcome guests to stay in these beautiful heritage villas in their absence. Currently, 4 private villas are available. Guests can also gather at the lakeside Common Area to enjoy home-cooked meals.

Is breakfast included in the stay?

Yes, a freshly cooked homemade breakfast is served daily in the Common Area.
